How to Give Feedback

One route. Email ross@headhunters-international.com. It goes to Mark Ross and to nobody else. There is no ticketing system, no contact form and no assistant screening it.

What happens to it

Every message is read and answered by Mark Ross. Acknowledgement inside twenty-four hours, or one working day. Where a reply needs work behind it, the acknowledgement says when the answer is coming.

Four kinds of message, handled differently

A factual error on a page

Goes straight into the corrections process. Details on the corrections page, including what gets a published note and what does not.

Feedback on work delivered

Clients are asked directly at the close of every engagement what was useful and what was not. Anything raised there is answered by Mark Ross in writing, and where it changes how the service runs, it changes it.

A complaint

Put it in writing to the address above and it is answered in writing, with a decision and the reasoning behind it. If the answer is unsatisfactory, say so and it is looked at again.

A challenge to something published

Argued back, in public where the argument was public. Disagreement about how senior appointments work is welcome and it is answered on the substance.

Public engagement

Comments and messages on LinkedIn are answered by Mark Ross personally. Nothing on this site or on any Headhunters International channel is posted by an agency, a scheduling contractor or an automated account.

What is not published

Nothing identifying a client, a client's employer or a live appointment process, on any channel, at any time. Confidentiality holds regardless of what has been said publicly by anybody else.
