Salary – £45k – £50k per annum + benefits

Exciting hands on varied role as contracts manager, focusing on managing a four-man contracts team – overseeing all commercial project work and ensuring the client’s requirements are met and exceeded at each stage.

Now in the process of expanding its tunneling work the Company is focused on securing key talent to enable it to bid for, win and carry out major tunneling contracts across the world.
The Role
As Contracts Manager/Project Manager, you will lead the contracts/projects team, be responsible for staff training, meeting clients, working closely with the surveyors, preparing and presenting project status reports and more.
ABOUT YOU
The Ideal Candidate:
● Minimum of 3 years contracts & Projects management experience within the UK.
● 2 years people management experience.
● Demonstrable bidding and project writing skills.
● Analytical thinker.
● Driven, focused to match the Company’s culture.
