Senior Legal Advisor – Commerical/IT
Salary – £50,000-£65,000 per annum
Location – Manchester

This is a key appointment within a highly commercial legal team. Acting as one of the company’s foremost legal advisors you will influence corporate strategy by advising the management team and helping them to achieve corporate goals.
The Company
A Blue Chip Company with a superb reputation within their field. The Company has made several acquisitions this year and is targeted to achieve rapid growth plans in the next two years.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Legal, the Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for influencing corporate strategy on IT issues as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex IT and general commercial agreements.
The role ensures effective management of legal risk, whilst providing clear and commercial guidance for decision-making purposes.
ABOUT YOU
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a qualified UK solicitor with excellent relevant experience in the areas of IT and commercial law.
You will be innovative and resourceful with a strong sense of commercial awareness and the drive and intellectual capacity to challenge the status quo, yet maintaining relationships at a senior level.
Experience of government procurement law would be advantageous, as would people management experience.
