This policy explains how Achieve Corporation Ltd (“we”, “us”), which wholly owns and operates Headhunters International, handles personal information. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law.

What we collect. Information you give us directly — name, contact details, employment history, CV content, correspondence, and any material you share for a coaching or search engagement. Basic technical data collected automatically when you use the site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to keep the site working and to understand usage.

Why we hold it, and our lawful basis. To respond to enquiries and deliver the service you have asked for (performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one). To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation). To send you material you have asked to receive, which you can stop at any time (consent). To run and improve the practice (legitimate interests, weighed against your rights).

Who sees it. Access is restricted to the principal and, where a task requires it, named associates under confidentiality obligations. We use a small number of service providers — for hosting, email and payment — who process data only on our instruction. We do not sell personal information. We share it with third parties only where you have asked us to, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to deliver the engagement and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Our Confidentiality and Data-Handling Protocol sets out what happens to engagement material specifically.

Your rights. You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact markross@headhunters-international.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies. The site uses essential cookies to function and limited analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes. We update this policy when our practices change and show the current version date below.
